At Roze Avenue, we strive to deliver your order quickly and securely. Below you will find details about our shipping terms and conditions.


1. Delivery Time

  • Orders are shipped with GLS.
  • Delivery time is usually 2-4 business days, but it may vary depending on the destination country.
  • We also deliver to European countries – delivery times differ depending on the location.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on orders over €47.
  • For orders under €47, standard shipping costs apply (calculated at checkout).
  • Shipping prices for European deliveries vary by country and are displayed at checkout.

3. Order Processing and Dispatch

  • Orders are processed the next business day at 08:00 CET.
  • Orders placed after 16:00 CET will be processed on the following business day.
  • Orders are shipped the next business day after processing.
  • We ship orders from Monday to Friday (no shipping on weekends or public holidays).

4. Tracking Information

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your package via GLS’ website.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us at info@rozeavenue.com.
  • We will investigate the issue with the courier and provide a solution.

6. Damaged Items on Arrival

  • If your item is damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately at info@rozeavenue.com.
  • To expedite the process, please attach photos of the damaged product and packaging.
  • We will replace the damaged item by sending a new package at no extra cost.

7. Order Modifications or Cancellations

  • If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible on the same day the order was placed.
  • We cannot guarantee that we will be able to modify or cancel the order, but we will do our best.
  • After 16:00 CET, no changes can be made as orders are already being processed.

This Shipping Policy is effective from 2025 and complies with Danish consumer regulations.
