Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from receiving your product to request a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
- Not be used in a way that significantly reduces its value.
- Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Customers have the right to examine the product as they would in a physical store without losing their right to a refund. If the product has been used beyond this, a deduction may be made from the refund amount.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We encourage you to inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can assess the issue and find a solution.
Exceptions to Returns
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Sealed personal care items (e.g., beauty products) if the seal is broken.
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get a new item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
If the item has lost value due to use, a partial refund may be issued.
